If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, you’ll lose access to the plan’s features immediately and your shop will be reverted back to the features available for the Basic plan.

What happens when I cancel?
When you cancel your Plus subscription your monthly payments will cease and all your products will be switched to draft. You will then be able to republish up to 15 products under the Basic package within the product list page.
