We hate goodbyes, but there’s no need to make leaving difficult. We automatically remove accounts that are older than 8 months with no activity (eg. you haven’t signed in) – these accounts are deemed abandoned. So to keep things simple just delete your products, log out and let our automated systems do the rest.
If you’d like your account removed immediately, please send an email to admin@crafters.market with your store name and URL and a member of our team will schedule your store for removal.
Plus Member? Cancelling your subscription before removing your account
If you have an active Plus subscription, please ensure you cancel your subscription prior to requesting an account removal to ensure you’re not billed in future.
Please note, this action is irreversible and will remove products, media, account settings – everything.
