Inquiries allows a customer to directly communicate with you through the website. You’ll recieve an email notification about the inquiry which will have a link to direct you to that specific inquiry.
But it’s handy to know where you can find inquires on your user dashboard. Simply head to your Store Manager dashboard and you will find a tab in the home section labelled ‘Inquiries’. This is where you can read, respond to and manage your inquires.
