At Crafter’s Market we follow a withdraw process where vendors need to request their funds to be withdrawn and deposited into their stripe accounts.
How can I withdraw the funds for my order?
Orders eligible for a withdraw will be shown in the ‘Withdraw’ tab of your store manager dashboard. Head to this section and click the ‘withdraws’ button on the top right.
Why isn’t my order showing in the withdraws list?
For an order to be eligible to have its funds withdrawn the order must be marked as ‘complete’.
When marking your order as complete a tracking number provided, with a working URL to the ‘track your parcel’ page of the company used to ship the order e.g. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. If you’re sending items without tracking you can simply write N/A in these fields.
We understand that in some circumstances, funds need to be withdrawn prior to the item being made. In this instance, you can request an early withdraw by emailing [email protected].
How long will the request take to be approved?
If tracking has been provided, your request to withdraw will be approved when the item is showing as ‘delivered’.
If no tracking has been provided, typically we wait 7 – 10 working days before approving the request. This allows plenty of time for the customer to reach out for a refund should there be any issue with delivery.
It will usually take a few working days after this for our payment provider, Stripe, to process the payment and move the funds.
Why do we have this process?
This process is in place for risk mitigation. It ensures that customer money is safe and means that should a refund need to take place then this can be processed efficiently.
