Why Do My Products Not Show Up When Using The Search Filters?

Our system uses Attributes when filtering down a customers search. If your product is not showing up in filtered searches then its likely that you have not assigned attributes to your product listings.

Our search filters us the Colour, Ordering Options, Ready to dispatch in, Recipient & Room Attributes.

To assign attributes to your products you’ll need to click the drop down arrow, tick any RELEVANT options that apply to your listings, and tick Activate & Show on store! Some attributes will also allocate special stickers to your listings too like a free shipping label!

Please only assign relevant attributes. There is nothing worse for a customer than to have irrelevant products coming up in your searches. Vendors found to be misusing these features will have their products drafted by admin.
